Did you know that the campus Outlook/Exchange calendar has features to help streamline scheduling meetings? Have you tried using the Scheduling Assistant? It's easy to use.
- Create a new meeting in Outlook
- Find and select the Scheduling Assistant button.
- Enter the names of the people involved in the meeting.
- At a minimum, you will see the free/busy times from their calendar.
- Find a common free time and schedule the meeting!
